General Information:

• Student application forms are available by mail or may be picked up at the District Office or primary school.
• Students must have a completed application form on file to be eligible for enrollment.
• Students must be at least 3 years old by August 31 of the school year they attend preschool.
• Enrollment capacity is 34 students in the morning session and 34 students in the afternoon session.
• Students must have all current immunizations or an Exemption from Immunization form on file.
• Students must present an official certified birth certificate.
• Students are not allowed to wear diapers and must be toilet trained.
• Staff to student ratio is 17:2
• Parents/Guardians withdrawing a student from preschool must come to the Primary School office and complete a withdrawal form.
• No meals are served, snacks are provided by parents, milk is available to purchase.
• Students are required to wear uniforms.
• Students do not take naps.
• Transportation is not provided.
• Students must be signed in daily at the classroom and signed out daily from the preschool pick up area. Parents/guardians unable to sign students in and/or out must have a Parent Authorization for Preschool Sign-In & Sign-Out on file at the Primary School.
• Preschool students do not go on field trips.

Parents are responsible for the following:

• Bringing their child to school on a daily basis
• Keeping sick children at home
• Volunteer 30 minutes per week at school
• Working with administration regarding discipline problems
• Pick-up a sick child at school immediately
• Pay tuition on a monthly basis
